Usage limits and AI credits

A credit pack and permission to use a particular feature are different things. Pack size alone determines neither daily chat allowances nor the price of an AI action.

Limit messages

The limit message will be displayed directly below the chat history in the Support Bot widget.

A small banner will appear at the bottom of your screen in the chat interface.

AI credits and expiry

PARAT includes 147 period credits and PRO includes 343, each for the paid 30-day period. These credits expire at the end of the period. Separately purchased packs of 49, 147 or 343 credits have no expiry date.
