The CV Roast

Are you ready for honest feedback? The CvRoastWidget scrutinizes your resume and tells you bluntly what recruiters might really think.

Why a CV Roast?

Friends or family are often too polite to point out mistakes or weaknesses in our resume. The AI doesn't have these inhibitions. It uncovers clichés, unclear wording, and structural weaknesses.

How does the Roast work?

1. Upload your resume to PARAT or open an existing one.
2. Activate the CvRoastWidget.
3. The AI analyzes your CV and gives you feedback in a direct, often humorous, and somewhat provocative tone ("Roast").

What is criticized?

• Buzzwords: "Team player", "motivated", "flexible" – the AI shows you where you need to be more specific.
• Gaps: Unclear periods or missing explanations are ruthlessly exposed.
• Design and Structure: Is your resume too cluttered? The AI notices.

Important: Don't take the Roast personally! It is a tool to help you identify the weak points of your resume and make it as strong as possible.
