Instead of spending hours searching for suitable positions on various job portals, PARAT turns the tables: with the Smart Job Matches feature (Reverse Job Search), jobs come to you.

How do Smart Matches work?

PARAT analyzes your profile, your skills, and your preferences (provided you have stored them in your resume or profile). The system then matches this data with current job advertisements from our external partners (such as Jooble or Adzuna).

As soon as there is a high match, these positions are suggested directly in your PARAT Dashboard. You can then apply with just a few clicks using your perfectly prepared PARAT resume.

Data Protection and Security

We take your data protection very seriously:

• No sale of your data: We never sell your profile or your data to third parties or to job partners.
• One-sided matching: PARAT retrieves job offers from partners and performs the matching internally on our secure platform. External partners cannot see your profile unless you actively apply for one of their positions.
• Maximum control: You always have full control over which positions you apply for and what data you share in the process.
