How to reach the Bot

The GlobalChatWidget is located in the bottom right corner of most PARAT pages.

2. Ask your question in natural language.
3. The bot usually answers you within seconds.

If the bot doesn't know the answer, it can seamlessly hand over your request to our human support team (HitL - Human in the Loop).
