Data Privacy in the Authorities Portal

Protecting sensitive client data is PARAT's top priority, especially when working with social services and the RAV.

Our Data Privacy Guidelines

  • Purpose Limitation: Data may only be viewed for the intended purpose of job placement and support.
  • Secure Transmission: All connections are end-to-end encrypted.
  • Transparency: Clients can see which authority or advisor has access to their dossier at any time and can revoke this access at any time.
  • Data Storage: All data is stored on secure servers located in Switzerland.

Tip: Always log out of the portal after completing your work session, especially if you are working on a shared computer.
