The Export

When your resume is ready, you can download it in various formats using the ExportDialog.

PDF Export

The PDF export is the standard and is recommended for 99% of all applications.

• Advantages: The design remains exactly as you see it in the editor. Fonts and layouts do not shift, regardless of the device on which the file is opened.
• Use Case: Sending via email, uploading to application portals.

Word Export (DOCX)

As a PRO user, you additionally have access to the Word export.

• Advantages: The file can be further processed by recruiters (headhunters).
• Important: Since Word is a word processing program, complex designs and spacing may look slightly different in Word than in the PDF.

RAV Export

For job seekers in Switzerland, we also offer a special RAV-compatible export that directly meets all the requirements of the authorities.
