What is the Reverse Job Search?

Instead of you actively searching for jobs, PARAT uses your profile (your CV, your skills, and your preferences) to scour the internet for matching offers. You receive tailored suggestions directly in your PARAT dashboard.

Where does the job data come from?

To present you with the best and most up-to-date job offers, we work with established job aggregators, including Jooble and Adzuna. These partners search thousands of company websites and job boards, and PARAT filters this massive amount of data down to exactly the jobs that fit your profile.

Privacy comes first

We know that your application data is extremely sensitive. That is why our top principle applies to Smart Job Matches:

• Your profile data is NOT sold.
• We transmit no personal identification data (such as name, email, or exact addresses) to our partners (Jooble/Adzuna).
• The search is based purely on search terms, anonymized skills, and desired job titles to query the partners' databases.

You always retain full control over who sees your CV. The Smart Job Matches merely serve as inspiration and a shortcut on the way to your next job!
