Can't log into your PARAT account? Here you will find solutions to the most common problems encountered during sign-in.
Forgot Password?
Since PARAT operates exclusively with Google Login or passwordless Magic Links, there are no traditional passwords with us that you could forget!
- If you use Google Login, you must reset your password directly with Google.
- If you use the Magic Link, simply request a new link on the login page.
Email Not Arriving
If you don't receive a Magic Link in your inbox:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Ensure you have entered the correct email address without typos.
- Wait a few minutes – sometimes delivery takes a little longer depending on your email provider.
Tip: If you originally registered via Google, you cannot log in with the same email address using a Magic Link. Please make sure to use the Google button in this case.
