The Onboarding Process
When you log into PARAT for the first time and indicate that you are registered with the RAV, our onboarding wizard will guide you through the most important steps.
1. The RAV Timeline
In the RAV Timeline, you can easily see which phase of unemployment you are currently in. It helps you not to miss important deadlines (such as submitting the "Proof of personal efforts to find work" form).
2. The Onboarding Modal
The Onboarding Modal pops up during your first visit. Here we collect basic information to optimally set up PARAT for your situation with the RAV:
- Since when have you been registered with the RAV?
- How many job applications do you have to write per month?
- Did you receive a voucher code from your RAV advisor?
As soon as you have provided this information, PARAT unlocks all relevant RAV features for you.
