Many RAV centres and social services in Switzerland partner with PARAT and issue voucher codes to job seekers. With such a code, you get free access to PARAT's premium features.
How to redeem your code
You can activate your voucher code directly via the Code Redeem Widget.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Open Dashboard: Log into PARAT and navigate to your dashboard.
- Find the Widget: Look for the "Redeem Voucher" section (the
RavCodeRedeemWidget). - Enter Code: Type in the code exactly as you received it from your advisor (pay attention to upper and lower case letters).
- Confirm: Click on "Redeem".
Once the code has been successfully verified, your account will be upgraded immediately, allowing you, for example, to export your job application records directly as a PDF for the RAV.
Problems redeeming?
- Invalid code: Check if you made a typo (e.g., the letter O instead of the number 0).
- Code already used: Usually, each code can only be redeemed once.
- If problems persist, please contact PARAT Support or your RAV advisor.
