GDPR Compliance and Deletion Requests

PARAT is fully compliant with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the new Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP).

You have the right at any time to:

  • Receive information about your data stored with us.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request the deletion of your data.

Deleting Your Account and Data

Data Retention: Accounts that are completely inactive for 24 months (regardless of the plan) will be permanently deleted for security and data minimization reasons.

To permanently and irrevocably delete your account and all associated data, you can do this directly in your account settings.

Go to your Account Settings, scroll to the bottom, and select the account deletion option. Alternatively, you can always contact us via support.

Tip: If you delete your account, all your resumes, cover letters, and applications will be permanently removed from our Swiss servers. Please download these documents beforehand if you still need them for your records!
