What happens to my data during AI queries?

When you use our AI features, for example to get phrasing suggestions for your resume or cover letter, the relevant text excerpts are securely transmitted to our trusted AI providers.

Protecting your privacy is our highest priority. We ensure that:

• Data Minimization: Only the text excerpts absolutely necessary for the specific query are transmitted.
• No Model Training: Your personal data is strictly not used by our AI partners to train their own AI models (unlike public tools such as ChatGPT for end users).
• Encryption: The entire transmission between PARAT and the AI systems is secured using state-of-the-art encryption.
• Ephemeral Processing: The processed data is immediately deleted by the providers once the request is complete.

Tip: PARAT has signed specific and binding Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with all AI providers to guarantee the legal protection of your data and full compliance with GDPR and revFADP.
